The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. Everything! Very courteous and professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful Excellent decor. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Bedding was wonderful - excellent linens and soft duvet. Loved the restaurant too (Bianco/Nero) - excellent italian food! No complaints. -

i was not expecting such a fantastic hotel so close to the airport i was amazed at my first time to montreal i felt so much at home. the ambience was like i was in paris not montreal. thank you so much will defintely stay again -

The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -
The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

During a road trip from Toronto to Halifax, I chose this hotel based in reviews and wasn't disappointed. The newest part of the hotel is beautifully done. The rooms are equipped with wonderfully modern stylish decor.
The bathroom sink and shower fixtures are gleaming and spa like. Towels are so soft and their choice of toiletries ... I loved.

The rooms were beautiful. We ordered room service for dinner and it was excellent!! .....and reasonably priced. We would not have chosen this hotel except that I found a great room rate on book.com and we loved our stay, even though it was only one night.

We always enjoy our stays at this hotel and we always make it a point to stop and stay there whenever possible. Also we just love the Bistro and the perfectly prepared roast beek au jus. Just perfect. Prising is right. Quality and quality and of course great service from all the staff. -

The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in. The hotel was clean and modern. The color scheme is a little dull but the furniture and appliances appeared to be recently updated. The bed was comfy and the bar/restaurant and pool looked very nice although we did not get the opportunity to try them out. -

The reception staff was very helpful and courteous. Language was a bit of an issue however the young man at the desk was very patient and pleasant in meeting our needs -
