Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. We loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our 2 night stay and when we arrived we received 2 free tickets for the gondola up the mountain, as well as 2 $10 coupons for the casino which we were not expecting, so that was great. Exceptional B & B in every way. Staying in this remarkably decorated historical home, so close to downtown sights, restaurants, and lake walk, was transporting indeed. We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The pool/hot tub/sauna were very clean and enjoyable. -

The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -
The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

Our room was lovely with a full kitchen and a dishwasher! A lovely balcony that overlooked the town and very comfortable beds as well as a gas fireplace.
Breakfast was excellent!...all the food was fresh and there was food even a person with gluten allergies could eat...although...a gluten free bread option would've been really enjoyable! -
