When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they offered some light breakfast for free which is a good gesture from the hotel

Felt fortunate to find this hotel. Metro right across the street!! Also
could catch a bus there.....FREE Parking! Was able to keep car in the
parking lot for the day although we had already had checked out....that
was great!! We found the room clean, no bedbugs......staff very helpful
and friendly, dining room was very nice (staff again
friendly).

experience and the Botanical Gard - Rooms were nicely sized, staff helpful, pool area very clean, restaurant available for breakfast very nice and convenient for travelling with kids, accessibility to the metro fantastic for us since we visited so many attractions while we were there and it was the quickest way to travel

Very well located, far from the road so we dont hear any noise. -
Matane is simply awful, but the Riotel is an oasis in a desert of ugliness. You can have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and never have to go out

I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.

The hotel is in prime location and really good for the price. the room was big, with nice wooden floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutleries. The staffs gave us 2 nights of free internet out of our 3 nights stay. They are very helpful and friendly. The room service is good as well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.

I was travelling with friends (we had 3 rooms) to see the Moncton Wildcats play Shawinigan. We ate at the restuarant 3 times. Even though we spoke no french, we had a great laugh with the staff and they were extremely friendly and just did a great job. -

The room exceeded our expectations ,the pool and spa were very good the dining room served an exceptional meal service was beyond very professional for the evening dinner and the morning breakfast was very varied and prepared - Pool was beautiful and open early. Room was great.

Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. well as the pool are very appealing to the children! Hotel Super 8 is

The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that
before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until
4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher
room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating
in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes

The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!
