I liked the price of the accomodation, it was clean and comfortable and liked the fact the room had a fridge and microwave. I would stay again when in the kitchener area. It was well air conditioned and it was the best wifi ever. -

I was in town for a funeral and decided to stay at the Talbot Inn
because of the great reviews it had. I was not disappointed, the staff
was friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean, spacious and well
maintained. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel also.
Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Beautiful recently updated foyer, reception, and restaurant area. The mattress, pillows, & headboard were perfect: I had a great sleep in a quiet, comfortable room. Staff were friendly & attentive. Complimentary coffee & newspaper in the morning! -

We really enjoyed staying in the student Resident units in place of a hotel, for a few reasons. Bringing our own utensils and soaps, dish cloths, etc., was something we just knew because we were familiar with our son having stayed at an Ottawa university. I like that it was close to transit hub and an easy 15 min bus ride to
downtown Ottawa. It was clean and well maintained, both inside and out
(landscaping etc). The staff were quick and efficient, we checked in at
3 pm with a large group also checking in and didn't have to wait
very long. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and what was
available for restaurants and attractions. Heather was especially
helpful with some great tips on the area.

I loved the convenience of the location. It is only two hour driving from Toronto and hotel has beautiful scenery looking to the lake. the free breakfast of good quality makes easier and happy and also free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend to my friends to stay in this hotel for family vacation. Also having small kitchen it is definitely

offering was stellar. The suite we stayed in surpassed our expectations.
Tastefully decorated and super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We
particularly enjoyed the scenic view of the wharf from our balcony. The

1) The impeccable customer service at check-in when our booking was cancelled in error by letsbookhotel.com. The staff at Reception including the Manager, were able to re-instate my booking with no fuss.

Although the room rate was no bargain, I thought it was good value. The suite was large and we got full use out of it. Everything about the room from the bed (very comfortable) to the bathroom (loved the glass shower) to the not-so-small kitchen (even had a dishwasher and a toaster) was top notch.
The staff was also very helpful when I cycled up to the front door on my dirty bicycle after riding in the rain. They took me to a hose in the garage where I could clean it.

The rooms were very very clean, really enjoyed that it was easy to control the temperature. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet stay. The staff was excellent, also the inclusion of soap/extra towels/body soap was more than I expected from an apart-hotel. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend as well as book again. -
