My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. Hotel looks great: large bedroom and bathroom, quick check in and check out, incredibly friendly and professional staff, great coffee machine at the lobby, good breakfast, very good shower (no bath, what I really appreciate), location, good selection of TV channels, available beverages and food choices in the room… It’s definitely a very good choice.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.
