Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

We walked everywhere from the hotel and found the staff very helpful when we asked for directions. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked really good and there were lots of places around the hotel if you wanted something smaller.

The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night. The hotel is very close to the train station and to a node shopping district. Great place to stay. -

The decor was amazingly: chic and stylish. It was spacious yet had a very homey feeling to it as well. It's close enough to all the happening night life,..but not right in it. Central location. Friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast. - Hotel was very nice. Very friendly and courteous staff who were very helpful to us. The view from the room was not the greatest, however, the location of the hotel was very central to downtown Montreal, and within walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

I liked the helpful staff at the front desk. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. I really liked the fact that breakfast was included, and it was good. Great value for money, and I have already recommended it to someone. The next time I stay in Montreal, I will stay at Residence Inn Westmount. -
