The room was perfect. It was large, clean, well organized without too many things cluttered in the space. Exactly what I pictured when I decided to stay at Hilton. Employees were very attentive and happy both at the front desk and restaurants. It was very clean and nicely-appointed, not tired or gloomy looking.

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendat

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

Beautiful location on the ski hill. Would be perfect for skiing as the
gondola is right out your back door. We were there in the summer and
amenities were a bit scaled back. Great rooms and hotel staff was great.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. -

The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.

We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave
