Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. Great (FREE) parking, storage for skis/snowboards, good location right on a chairlift. This would be a great place to stay in the winter

We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included

Everything!! Excellent service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast included with a wide variety of items, more than I've seen at other hotels, and was yummy and fresh. Very easy to find as it is right off the highway. Loved having the two pools and two hot tubs in separate buildings, kids were in one so we stayed in the other. We got a free

The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more.
We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

It was a full fledged apartment, with everything we could ever need (including a washer/dryer) it made our stay with two little boys so comfortable! -

When we arrived and the manager said he would meet us across the street behind the motel, we wondered where he might be putting us, and we worried a bit. The rooms( bed room and bathroom) were super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located right off the highway so it's easy to find. We arrived very late in the evening the host was very accommodating. Thank you!

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, way ahead the check-in time.
We got the room right away! We loved the location -walking distance to everywhere. The hotel is located right on the strip between two lakes. The view was gorgeous! -

The room, itself was a nice surprise with a jacuzzi tub, a granite counter in the bathroom and the textured walls. The bed was good.
We also enjoyed the patio furniture that has been provided for guest so folks can enjoy the out doors.
We didn't use the barbeque, but others did.
I certainly recommend this hotel.

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

I loved that the hotel was clean and very kid-friendly. The outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful and minutes walk from the Beach! The outdoor movie night was a real treat for our daughter. The breakfast was very good quality. BBQ area was terrific as well! -

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.
