Welcoming feeling, staff friendly and helpful, close to all amenities, clean, quiet area, pool facilities, cleaning staff always cheerful. Very friendly staff. Nice appearance when you walk in. Lots of parking. Room was very clean. The staff were very friendly, my room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy. Security is good on elevators, u need card to access it. No gate crusher.

Bed and pillows were very nice. Wireless internet worked well. Price through booking .com was fair. Location was convenient. Nice and quiet. Staff were willing to move us. The new room was fine but not as nicely renovated. The location was great. Close proximity to restaurants. Easy to check in. Location. I really can't think of anything we didn't like. I reserve a smoking room but the receptionist gave me non smoking and its very uncomfortable in and out of the hotel. No microwave and refrigirator in the room. Closet door was difficult to open. So showed a little lack of upkeep. Nothing major just the feel of tiredness. -the ice machine was on a smoking floor (2nd floor). Pool cold. Size of the pool. We just had trouble with no hot water and did report it to the front desk/. Confusion with booking on line and what hotel had for info. Front desk staff lacked professionalism (lacked training). Check in was a challenge for each guest it seemed. They were nice enough. They put us in a non-smoking room on a smoking floor. The smoke was coming in and we had trouble breathing (allergies). Shouldn't have non-smoking rooms in a hallway full of smoke!. The 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke masked with air freshner. When we arrived we had no water in our room. We weren't able to flush the toilet or even freshen up upon arrival. There was a large dog in the room next to us which barked a lot of the night and early morning. If you are a pet friendly hotel, perhaps there should be perameters placed on the size of the animals. Smell of smoke. The pool was not working or the hot tub. The mattress in the room was as hard as a rock. The bathroom had soap and shampoo in the shower used from another guest. The bathroom had rusty light fixture. young lady working the check in and out apparently the manager has very poor customer skills. No smile no looking at you!! Not enough coffee left in the rooms and dirty glass left in the hallway the entire time we were there.
