Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk. Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. -

Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the

The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a
lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was
perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and
restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days
which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute
walk to everything within the walled city.

Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city. Everything about the room was super comfortable! The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others.

The staff made our stay very pleasurable. They were very courteous,
attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and
assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best---
right in the heart of the old city. We could walk to everything. I would

My wife and I were just stopping thru the area and only stayed one
night, we would have loved to stay more!!!!! We were greeted by Pierre
who was amazingly friendly. It is right on the lake, there is a nice
little dock and a bunch of kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat to use. The

Only 20 mins drive north of Quebec City. Large, clean room (we stayed in
the "Zen" room) with colour therapy jacuzzi tub.
Only a few mins drive to nearby microbrew/restaurant Pub Archibald (recommended by our host, and for good reason!), or Siberia Station Spa (hot/cold baths/saunas/hottubs).
House itself is right on Lac St Charles, with at least 5 single & double kayaks and canoes to use. Lake was glassy, quiet, and beautiful for paddling, though as it's the water supply for Quebec City,
