Cosa dice la gente
The Inn is conveniently located in the older part of Okotoks. The main floor was inconveniently damaged by the floods of June 2013 but renovations are underway and the second floor is available. Very clean and comfortable.
The most comfortable bed we slept in our entire trip and that includes the Fairmonts and Glacier Inc. The reason was the room temperature could be controlled and they use blankets and not those awful quilts.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
I've stayed here several times and I keep returning because it is clean, quiet, and has a friendly staff. The reasonable price is a bonus.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room and access to the
room was very clean.
Staff were very accommodating when our plans changed and we had to leave early.
under the circumstances at the time we booked, spectacular!.
Location was very good for where I needed to go.
Comfortable room, clean with a good bed.
Convenient for Calgary.
Staff were great!.
It was basic and clean, even though they were still renovating as a result of the floods damaging their first floor units.
Staff were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was nice... a little more selection would have been nice but it was pretty good.
staff was very friendly & helpful. The inn was quite a quaint little place, it suited our need.
The Inn was close to the wedding venue and our booking wasn't
cancelled due to recent flood.
Cute little place, easy access tp town center.
Good sized room.
They were recovering from flood damage of the entire first floor and doing there best to make everyone comfortable. The breakfast was only fair and in a peculiar place but that was likely due to the flood situation.
We were on the second floor. They had no elevator and my elderl mother
uses a walker She was unable to stay with us as planned and we had to
make alternate arrangements for her. We may have been able to have a
main floor room but our stay was just a week after the Southern Alberta
floods and they has extensive damage on their main floor. The room was
clean but the mattress on both beds was sloped so you felt like you were
trying to sleep uphill all night.
Hotel is under renovation. Office is temporarily located on second floor. My room was right beside the stairway/office/breakfast area, so was noisy in the morning.
Breakfast not much use to anyone with gluten intolerance.
Minimal area for breakfast due to renovations...we expect it will be great once back in full service.
sheets were either not overly clean or stained but staff brought another set right away.
The fact that we stayed for 3 days & not once was our room vacumed or the coffee pot cleaned & we had to get our own coffee cups, & the bed wasn't made properly.
Rooms quit small, but okay. No pool or hot tub.
the heater didn't work properly
poor quality small towels and no bath towel.
too close to railway tracks.
The breafast are not too good .the jams are so old you have to dig it
out the oranges are so hard you can use them for base balls the coffee
is too stong.
Really bad, beat up looking landscaping, you need to get on that asap
!!! Clean the ext. Of bldg. Asap !!! Price was way too high for the room
size, that room should be no more than $89.00 +tax ---- period !!! Will
probably stay in H.R. next time because of your pricing !!!.
It was over priced compared to other Hotels, which offer more for the same dollar. As well considering we discovered it was under construction...when we arrived.
The staff were not all that friendly or helpful. The hotel was not that clean. The heat in the room did not work properly, and when it did, it roared all night. The bedding was worn, and smelled of too much bleach. The price was high for poor quality--we get much better deals and hotels in the US.
