My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. We were greeted with a warm welcome from John and Christalla when we arrived. John was very informative about the local area and good places to eat and to see the firework show that night. It was a nice walk down to the Falls and it was nice to stay somewhere more personable and quaint than the big hotels. Breakfast was also lovely and Chris was very kind to drive us to catch our early morning bus to the airport. Thanks very much to John and Chris, we really enjoyed our stay.

bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

La struttura e' molto bella, elegante, centralissima. La stanza e' spaziosa, con ogni confort possibile ed un bel bagno grande. La vista sulle cascate e' qualcosa di particolarmente bello perche' in ogni momento puoi goderti lo spettacolo straordinario delle cascate, anche di sera quando vengono illuminate. -

The Tower Hotel has amazing views of the falls. The rooms are small but well organized so two people with plenty of luggage can move around with ease. It was a quite hotel with the only noise being the sound of the falls themselves. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. -
