They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean and very tidy.
