Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. - nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!

The hotel is well situated - far enough from the reconstruction area, but only several minutes away from the reailway and bus stations, on a shopping street which is very quiet at night time. I'm not very impressed with many things anymore... But this place was incredible. From the staff, to the stay and food. Everything was clean, organized, thoughtful and outrageously amazing.
I will definitely be back and will always recommend this hotel to anyone saying in Toronto

LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL
The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator. I would def

Walking distance to all major attractions such as the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. Great restaurants nearby and coffee shops. Also close to Chinatown, Kensington Market and theater district. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend highly for families. We are already making plans for a return visit to Toronto and will choose this hotel again. - The rooms were clean, large and the kitche

Excellent location, close to universities, subway and downtown's shopping and entertaining district. I managed to do everything I needed only by walking.

Pillows were both fluffy, but flattened nicely.
The beds were very comfortable.
There was a big concert in town with lots of younger adults. They had filled most of the hotel.
The staff graciously placed me on the top floor away from most of the noise. It was WELL appreciated! -
Parking was very convenient, it was very close to St-Lawrence Ma
