  When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. - Really liked the Bar.   The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

  Paul at the front desk was very friendly. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. - Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.
