I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. -
The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -

The Save-On-More Rewards program. The price was reasonable. As I am partially disabled I was able to get a room on the ground floor. The Staff was great. I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip. I was still very satisfied though. -

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.
Super clean and inviting.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -

Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

Clean and classy rooms, excellent breakfast, (lots of fresh fruit), adjustable heat in rooms, extra touches in bathroom (large make-up mirror), and a computer in lobby downstairs, underground parking. Very obliging and helpful staff; went above and beyond and checked us in 5 hours early without question. -

The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. -

we liked being in the tower - the room and the hallways were clean and bright. The bar, restaurant and Denny's were conveniently located. -
Even though we showed up early to check in, our room was ready and we were very well received. The room was very nice.

I have to agree with Joyce from Hefley Creek, the condo did feel like a home and was very well stocked with amenites. We used the indoor pool many times and my daughters and grand-daughters thought it was awesome being that .close to the condo. We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs. Mostly the friendliness when we arrived ,felt just like there waiting for us to arrive and made us feel right at home.has excellent service ,and the shuttle was a real plus as we left in the wee hours of the morning (3AM ) and every one was still very cheery and helpful great place to stay ! would stay again Thanks! -
