The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern. The only hotel we have stayed in with such a comprehensive channel selection. -

Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel. Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!

The breakfast was amazing for continental with lots of choices; Do it yourself waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and even boiled eggs. It was great because we were in a tournament so had to eat early.. King size bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. -

Convenient location for travellers passing through. Good restaurant within walking distance for a decent dinner (i.e. not fast food). Also Cora's is great for breakfast. -
Stayed just one night. Large comfortable room. Conveniently located for a solo traveler passing through I did not try out the facilities.

this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

Very clean comfortable, large room with microwave, fridge, sink and even had a full sized cooker. Staff very helpful and pleasant at check-in. Complimentary breakfast. Hotel was located away from main town area but didn't matter as we were only staying overnight. A mall was very close by with several places to have dinner. -

The PRICE! AND: clean room, good breakfast, place to fix own meals, fridge, comfortable bed, beautiful view, GOOD service. Our AC problem was fixed immediately. -
Absolutely perfect for location for the sports centre across the street. Wonderful view of the rivers and surrounding scenery. Very quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel's location is good, for a stopover on the way to Whistler from Jasper. The design of the hotel was very pleasant and it was comfortable and clean. -
I love the fenced pet-run you have on locaqtion and your staff was very sweet with my Golden Retriever and spoiled him with treats and affections!
