that the room and the hotel itself is clean. the rooms are very basic but clean. the bed was quite comfy. The rate of $99 was good for this hotel for just passing through for a night. I would book there again. Breakfast was just a quick fast continental breakfast so it got you going if you want to leave early. Top class motel that I stayed this travel. everything in excellent. Espicialy, staffs was very Kind of us. thank you very much & regard My thanks to Miss. Shyanne & gentleman who worked with her(unknown his name). I' will mail a thanks card soon. God bless Miss Shyanne & the man.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » This was the best place I stayed during my vacation. The room was very clean. The bed was awesome!!!! When I met the staff they were fantastic!!! Big props to Sandra, Tia and Karen you were all wonderful, friendly and fun!!!!. I emailed in advance, and on arrival check in was quick. The building has a modern with a clean aspect complete with swimming pool. A wide variety of breakfast is offered. Rooms were clean and tidy. the accommodation and so far since a long time we finally had the pleasure to have an accessibility minded room. Which made my wife stay a lot more enjoyable Thankyou. The rooms were spotless and the staff was friendly. Breakfast, especially the fruit. Breakfast, clean swimming pool with life jackets and rings,balls for kids. can smoke in the room instead of going outside friendly staff nice location. Friendly staff at the front desk. The person at the reception was amazing. Clean and specious room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful Staff. The room was clean, staff friendly, bed was very comfortable. the pool and whirlpool were relaxing breakfast bar was great. staff was great ,comfort and price also were great. The beds where extremely comfy. The staff were super-friendly. Excellent size room. Location and price. Small fridge & microwave in the room & coffee machine. Free breakfast was OK, nothing overly special about it. Room was very quiet with very little noise from hallway,bed was comfortable. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfast,. nice rooms free breakfast pool. bed was great. It would of been nice that if I was traveling with animals I could of had them. Needs some modern update to the room but cleaniness was there. The sign coming into Hinton from the east did not say how many kilometers away it was from that point. Doors were loud shutting and did not close all the way. These were such minor issues that in no way did it cause a problem for me,. No Complaints. A little more expensive than I would like, but OK. With this price and all the facilities, there is nothing that I did not like abt. Hotel. breakfast area could be bigger, to crowded when everyone there is trying to eat at the same time. Not applicable. Nice but small pool. The breakfast could have been served in a better fashion. Felt there was not enough variety. smelled like cigarete smoke. How crowded the breakfast area felt. No TV remote for the room. We arrived at 1pm, so we could not check in until 3pm,,,,,. Building starting so its age, bathroom needed repair, older TV. Rooms are old and dated. Could use some renovating. TV could be upgraded. Breakfast sitting area is small. Can get crowded real quick Only 2 floors, and no elevator. Furniture was dirty. The plumbing! Toilet was blocked. Had to be moved to another room, wash basin in room was partially blocked,. hot tub not working. breakfast-no selection, ei: yogurt, none, oatmeal, none , eggs, none. It was super loud with the groups that were on the same floor and even after complaining twice was not resolved. Was very disappointed that we were not informed before we arrived that the pool and hot tub were not working as that is the only reason why we booked with them in the first place. Could have been in another hotel a lot closer to other family. The room was not very clean. It had not even been vacuumed properly. There were chips(cheesies) on the floor when we checked in. The bathroom needs a reno and cleaning. You can see the black mildew under the clear caulking. There were stains on the chairs. This place really needs a deep cleaning or reno. Location was really out of the way. Was not informed of pool being down before booking. Staff was not friendly. Walls had stains, very out of date. Other guests were loud, dogs barking.
