I stayed at your hotel with my daughter and grandson, I was looking for a hotel with a waterslide for my grandson and he really enjoyed the slide and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast every morning was a great bonus. I would definitely stay again at your hotel the next time I am in Edmonton. The room was very clean and comfortable...and modern. Check in was very good...awesome breakfast...nice facilities for children with the water slides...Was nice to have ice and pop machines on every floor...
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » It's close to west Edmonton mall. The restaurant next to is fabulous and they are pet friendly! The breakfast included was awesome as well. We needed a change to our reservation and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Discount for First Nations Positive and friendly atmosphere. Rooms, breakfast, free wifi. Really great front desk clerk. She was extremely nice. Air conditioning was really great Easy to use and worked well. Good breakfasts Pool was small but good enough for kids Water slide Kid friendly hotel. The breakfast was awesome. Each morning we had something different. The complimentary breakfast. location. The location an nothing more. Whirlpool out of order Pool too small and shallow for adult swimmers. Noisy housekeepers (laughing and yelling) in the morning in the hall (around 8AM). The room was fairly run down. Light switches looked like the were falling apart. The lamp next to the window. It had a broken stand and was leaning on the wall to stayed up. Few lights didn't work. Tv didn't work - problem with the outlet. Person sent to help just unplugged the wall lamp and plugged tv into another outlet - turned out it was a master switch by the bed - we figured this out for ourselves. Remotes for tv and internet console had dead batteries. Bathroom tub was rusted and not leveled - minor Stains in the bathroom - left over cleaner? Paint chipping off doors, headboard getting worn. The room needed a little face-lift. We found this hotel extremely noisy. Heard conversations from hall, next room , and above...the water slide was nice but the pool was way too small to swim and very shallow. The heater in pool was broken so couldn't enjoy pool with daughter. no towels in my room had to phone some up. no crib or playpen in my room when I arived. I had to phone and wait for one. Also the price was not the same as I payed for. They made me pay different things on top of price. They said was a travelers fee and alberta taxe and hidden fees. The pool is tooooooo small, dirty, the staff have attitude, the room had bugs in it, carpets are dirty inside room, tv equipment were damaged... An much much more.
