I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

By the time we checked in, it was midnight and we just need a clean room with nice and comfy bed to lie down. And we were not disappointed. The room was clean, cool and have nice and comfy beds . The toilets are well equipped with all the accessories. Only thing is missing in the toilet is the exhaust and after the hot shower nothing can be seen

We liked the fridge and microwave in the room since we stayed for a week it was nice to have some quick meals in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The food was excellent at the Steels restaurant and reasonably priced.

A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. -

We really liked the room. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My spouse forgot his room key and the reception did their job by not letting him get to the room until verifying that he was a guest. The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.
The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.
