A very comfortable stay. What I particularly liked was the quietness,but also nearness to beach and normal holiday features. Security seems fairly good (night guard),and basically a pleasant experience. I had to extend my stay,and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently--I even got a discounted price for second week!

Wonderful location in the hills overlooking Sihanookville - great sunset views from your chalet balcony. Very friendly staff who really cares about you! Spacious bungalows in a quiet environment: ideal to relax! This is not a party place. Beautiful swimming pool. I really enjoyed the food. Some of the dishes were among the better ones that I have tried in Cambodia (we stayed there for 5 days so we could try many dishes on their menu). Only the pizza was disappointing.

Brilliant service and great facilities. The family suite was huge and perfectly suited our needs. Picturesque location looking over the water. Quiet and beautiful private beach. Great restaurant with top-notch service and yummy breakfast buffets. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Cambodia. -

The private beach and the swimming pool are the best of this hotel. Rooms were not as big as I expected but it's ok. I had problem twice during my stay with water leakage (from the AC according to the maintenance staff). I informed front desk and on the same time they sent somebody to fix it.

The private beach is amazing! Swimming in the pool and the sea was very
nice and relaxing. Staffs were extremely helpful. Lemon grass restaurant
is really nice. Cocktails are not pricy and they have happy hours. :P
The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the town. At the beach they have
diving, snorkling and other water entertainment. They might be a little
more expensive but it's worth the money cuz you'll have lots of
privacy. I love and miss Sokha beach!

advance, only 3 min walking from Victory beach, about 10min on tuk-tuk

We booked Standart Room for the first night and two more nights we booked Superior. Cleaningless & comfort of the room (bed + bathroom) and the friendliness of the staff.
Excellent breakfast.
Close to the beach & nightlife.
We were returning customers: this time we stayed in a standard room (5 nights) and the suite room (2 nights).
Previously we had a superiorr + a deluxe room so that we have tried all room types available.
In my opinion the best price/quality is ... the standard room.

The hotel was in a good spot, close to the beach, yet away from the party area. Staff was friendly and attended to our every request. The pool was just lovely and hotel well maintained. Breakfast was great; eggs, bacon and hot bread with coffee. We ended up staying another night because we enjoyed so much. Would definitely stay here next time.

The staff were very accommodating for us. We had a young child and asked if we could be in the back as there is a club near the front. They were most helpful. The rooms were lovely and big. The bathrooms were new and quite modern. Location was great as it was 5 minutes to the beach but that beach was probably least attractive of the four we visite

The concept of this hotel is really good however once I arrived in Sihanoukville I realised that it’s extremely expensive for what they are offering. It was more expensive than a luxurious hotel recently built two blocks away.

The position of the Beach Club Resort was very good. Walking to restaurants and very close to the beach, but not right on the beach which was a noisy busy place.
The rooms were large and the beds ok.
Staff were lovely and very attentive.
The owner was very friendly and made our stay more personal.
Breaky was quite good for the price and food and

Owner is a Danish lady so staff are great english speakers, and that was
very important, they easily helped us with anything we asked for; maps,
advices, mobile phone, laptop to use. Swimming pool is probably best
maintained in whole Cambodia.
Beach is located less than 5 mins from a hotel.
