I found this place to be terrific value at us$69 per night which
included a first-rate breakfast at the hotel's poolside cafe. My
air-conditioned room came with a fan, a big balcony, an en-suite
bathroom, fridge and 40" slim-line tv with over 60 channels. The

We stayed at the Plantation for three nights (check-in: May 2, 2013) and
paid by credit card 230.50 usd. It is located behind the Royal Palace,
right in in the historical center of Phnom Penh. The hotel is within
walking distance of the National Museum, the Wat Botum (Royal Pagoda),
the riverside with its bustling nightlife and the lively street 240. The

A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I emailed in advance to ask for a high room but was given 2nd floor. I questioned this during the booking in process but was told that there were no rooms (suites) available on higher level floors. I stayed 3 nights at the Suite, which means nice view of Tonle Sap river and activities along Sisowath Quay. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance too.
Room wise, it's pretty big and clean and really no major negative issues. Overall I'm happy with my stay. -

The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for
assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the
road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the
pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel
allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge.
Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

I enjoyed a lovely stay here two years ago so booked again recently. I was disappointed to be given a dark, noisy room on the first floor with a small window looking at a brick wall. Next day I asked for another room and was given 701, next to the rooftop pool. a tad small, but panoramic view from the window. Breakfasts and coffee as good as always.

A very new and clean hotel with nicely presented spacious rooms and a
lovely pool and bar area overlooking the Palace. It is in an excellent
location for visiting the Palace, Silver Pagoda, museum and river area.
The staff were friendly and keen to improve their English, we especially
appreciated the help and friendliness of the breakfast staff. -

Fantastic location, you will see royal palace, national museum, junction
from the top. Nice swimmingpool with panoramic view. Good friendly
staff. Conditioner did not work properly, they moved us to another room
in an hour.

This hotel was a great price & right in town. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.
