  Perfect location, you can go everywhere easily, lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies close-by. The beach is 3 blocks away and so is the lagoon. You can rent a bike in the hostel. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Amazing people from all around the world.   Me and my wife celebrated our 10th anniversary in Rio, and we booked 2 beds turns out that the whole room was full. You can book organised trips through ehostel and airport shuttle as well. Play station, laptop, iron, kitchen facilities can be used by guests.
