  The staff were very professional, friendly and spoke excellent English - unlike staff at most hotels in Lapa and Glória. The breakfast service is fairly standard but good. The lay-out of the rooms is spacious for Rio, and the AC was nice an - rooms are clean, with daily room cleaning during your stay, shower hot and good pressure, bed and pillows comfortable, staff speak fluent english and are all very polite and helpful. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area. breakfast in the morning is delicious and a large variety.

  Staff multilingue veramente gentile, ottima terrazza con piscina, posizione ottima a pochi passi da lapa e dalla stazione metro, zona sicura sia di giorno che di notte. - con la metro si arriva a copacabana in 15 minuti molto comodo.....si trova fuori dall hotel! Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo...discreta colazione!!!!

  Dont let the reviews fool you, this is actually one of the better hotels in Copacabana for the price! We stayed in several 4 star (expensive) hotels that were not any better!!! - I was on the suite azul was so nice the room was big enought and the privat piscine was just perfect with the weather of rio ! Ill get back for my next trip ;)
