The staff are really friendly and helpful, the owner Freda and her husband really make you feel at home. Good, varied breakfast.
We had booked a double room, they emailed us letting us know that they only had 2 singles but that the room would be locked off so nobody else could use it, this was a little dissapointing but we decided to stay anyway

The staff was extraordinarily friendly. They received us with so much sympathy, we immediately felt at home. The room was clean and built in a rustic kind of way. The building is indeed big and has been so nicely rebuilt. Thank you Big Hostel!
