  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent. My favorite place to stay in Sao Paulo - Hotel has very nice location, many good restaurants are located in few steps! It also has amazing view from windows to the skyscrapers! Clean and friendly place!
