I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! - The bed was fabulous, big and comfortable. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom - very nice touch. It was also a very comfortable bed, which is also not common for Sao Paulo flat services. Luxuriou - The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
