The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle running every 20 minutes from 6 am to midnight met our needs. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided much variety, including a waffles/tapioca/omelet station. The pool was large

Facilities are excellent. Hotel location is good for passengers, like myself, transiting in Sao Paulo for long hours. The hotel provides with all the necessary facilities to passengers on transit e.g. early check-in, free shuttle to the airport, etc.

We stayed here on April/2012 for one night only as we had a very
early flight in São Paulo - Guarulhos airport (gru).
The hotel is very well located (around 8 km from the airport) and their shuttle service to the airport works very well and it's free.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.

I really liked that it was close to the airport and had a great shuttle.
The hotel is perfect for a one night stay. I came off of a day flight
and was just looking for a place to crash. No frills, comfy, clean and
quiet. They also had a beautiful breakfast room (breakfast included in
an already low price) with a great view. You cannot beat this airport
hotel for the value it offers. -
The hotel is located downtown Guarulhos, just 15-20 minutes away from São Paulo Guarulhos Int'l Airport. There is a scheduled free shuttle available to/from the hotel from 5:45 a.m till 0:15 a.m.. The breakfast caters for the early riser, starting at 5:00 a.m (good for people that fly early in the morning) and it has several dishes. Free wireless internet available within the rooms.

We went early morning after all night flight. Staff welcoming and no problem in booking us in at 7.00am. In the afternoon we went out and came back to find room all made up. Breakfast was good. Right in the centre of city and convenient for many things. -
