Everything is very nice at the hotel, staff very friendly, helpful and always happy smiles, the rooms were clean and very comfortable each room has a close pool and jacuzzi which is very useful after a full day of extreme sports, there is also a recreation house where you can play table games or ride a bike around all the hotel location which is v

Great place. Went for the Falls and then realized I also got lucky and had an amazingly relaxing stay at the resort. Also, be sure to contact Bliss Travel at the resort. They will take care of absolutely anything you need to make plans in the area. They too are great.

The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia). They were so nice to him that even the place for breakfast was reservaded for him so he did not have to walk too much to the buffett. -

This hotel is perfect. Staff is kind and always available. Leisure areas are many and big. Meals are excellent.You and your children will love it. Internet issue reported by guests in the past is solved. -

Got there fairly late but due to the hotel booking service moving their office to Rio, the hotel had no booking for us. We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. -
