  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet.   The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.
