  The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet.   On the morning of my arrival I arrive very early in Leuven, way too early for check in. The girl invited me in anyway, could store my luggage, warm up, charge my laptop and even got coffee. Very nice and flexible gesture. The shuttle was marked, there was wifi in my room, (even though it did take a few tries to connect it) and it was enough bandwidth to stream shows.
