want! It is modern and the 2 queen sized beds are comfortable and cozy.
The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the wonderful downtown.
Actually, the B&B is in the edge of the downtown area. The owners

Great location. Friendly staff. Flat screen tv with many channels in
various languages. Spacious (enough for 5-6). Near a supermarket to buy
food. Right on tram route into/out of city centre. But really only a
5 minute walk into the city. Elevator to 3rd floor apartment. Parking 5
minutes away. (10 euros per night 8-24 hours). Can set own heating
temperature.

Driving from UK to Germany, Steenhove B&B is located 3 minutes from motorway. Building itself is wonderful, a converted mushroom factory with barrel vaulted ceilings.
Owners were very accommodating & helpful. Small bar in hotel, but no restaurant; however, owner directed me to a great local restaurant 5 minutes drive away.

Good location to visit Brugge, Ghent and Antwerpen, very friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast (especially on Sunday), comfortable room, relaxing surroundings of the hotel, fair price.

We only stopped overnight as part of a bigger trip but had such a fantastic time we will definitely plan a return! A relaxing, luxurious and refreshing start to our trip with a really warm welcome. Fantastic breakfast too. Our small son was made especially welcome. Totally recommend the Riverhouse! -

Upon arrival the hospitality was amazing especially since we arrived late!
The apartment was very spacious, and fully loaded with everything you would expect in a functioning home. This suited us as we were a group of 9 persons!
Maps of the town and instructions for appliances were also left for us to operate with ease.

Location says it all. It was an easy walk to the city's historic center as well as the University across the canal. The nicely appointment apartment was a retreat from the 'tourist-y".The gracious hospitality of the owner/staff was much appreciated.

The studio was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything, including candles for a candle-lit supper. Lovely view of the abbey and garden from the front windows and a small balcony on the back. Bus stop was a 2-minute walk. Great natural foods store less than a 10-minute walk. Our host, Dirk, was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
