Great location. Friendly staff. Flat screen tv with many channels in
various languages. Spacious (enough for 5-6). Near a supermarket to buy
food. Right on tram route into/out of city centre. But really only a
5 minute walk into the city. Elevator to 3rd floor apartment. Parking 5
minutes away. (10 euros per night 8-24 hours). Can set own heating
temperature.

Great apartment, good size we have twin boys age 14 and 2 dogs. Fantastic location, nearby parking great value. Dog toilet just around the corner newly refurbished . Owner is a lovely man with grat sense of humour. Very casual and relaxed.lots of stairs good exercise. -

it might be difficult to locate, but once you have, it will only satisfy you. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and a roof terrace with a nice view. On foot it will take you only 10 minutes to reach the city center; a tram station is very close in case. A parking lot is available for 10 euro extra. -

The location is really great. The room was big with 2 terraces. The interior is unusual. The breakfast was good although yoghurt was provided on the first day only. The owner (guess Mark but not sure about the spelling ) was helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to the hotel. -

The description doesn't do this place justice. Design/boutique properties have always been my preference, and I've stayed at many accommodations of its type in top cities worldwide. Hands down, Design B&B Logidenri is the best one I've come across.

From the minute we stepped inside Dewaterzooi we loved it. We were met with a welcome drink and sat down at the table with the owners who told us what Ghent had to offer.
