Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
