Excellent service, everyone working there was so kind and always with a
smile, ready to assist you. The room (America) was super, the bathroom
was "wow"! I never thought that for that price we would get

Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. The employees and the owner are exceptionally nice people. My wife and I sat at the little wine bar one evening and had several glasses of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. We had room 8 and it was very roomy - bedroom, sitting room and a large, remodeled bathroom downstairs (spiral staircase). The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

Visiting Brussels was a great experience for me and this B&B was a great part of it, the lady who owns the place is so nice and friendly, she makes you really feel like you at home. It was very comfortable and cosy, the breakfast table was great, she helped me out with everything I needed, and I would definitely go there again.

We had a wonderfully positive stay. Our host was able to give us an
overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the
intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were
capacious and clean. I particularly liked the very large windows which
gave the room a lot of light. - The b&b is near a metro station

We absolutely loved the room. Nicely decorated, own kitchenette with cookware, and stylish. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was also really comfortable.
Tap water in the room was really tasty, as it is considered one of the best tap waters in Europe. WE also had a little fridge in the room, which was really useful and unexpected.

The lovely house with its cute kitchen and yard and Karen's warm
welcome. She made me a cup of tea when she saw that I had just arrived
from a long tiresome flight. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, French
and Belgian of course and makes you feel like you've known her for
years. She also prepared a delicious pot of strawberry jam for breakfast
which she prepared herself the day before.

living in Brussels for a while being there. The use of the kitchen
and living area were a very nice addition to the bedroom. The project
where the B&B is in is an old parking converted in to luxery
