Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap. They even brought coffee and a few croissants to my room..I guess I looked worse than I thought.
