L'unica cosa negativa è l'assenza di personale in hotel, è necessario chiamare gli uffici che sono poco distanti, con ovvi problemi per chi non parla bene inglese o francese. Eccetto questo l'hotel è fantastico, camera spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata.
