Owner and staff were very kind. Location is also close to tourist attractions, but it is in a location that is very calm atmosphere. And, rather than to go to other restaurants, we spent charming restaurant on the first floor. I think that if there is to visit Belgium now, we want come back to this inn always. -

I like that it's spacious. We weren't cramped in a hotel room. It also has a full kitchen,so we could cook and save money. It's close to the Grand place; about a 10 minutes walk. The Bed&Breakfast is located just of Sainte-Catherine in one of Brussels' most pleasant areas, very near the Metro station and an easy walk into the very centre. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and a thick carpet on the floor. There was a generous supply of water and equipment to make tea. Very good location off the Grand Sablon. Only 5 rooms.Rooms are a decent size, modern, clean and comfortable. Not for kids (quiet/stairs) or elderly (stairs), but thoroughly recommend for others and we would certainly stay there again. Good Internet. -

Visiting Brussels was a great experience for me and this B&B was a great part of it, the lady who owns the place is so nice and friendly, she makes you really feel like you at home. It was very comfortable and cosy, the breakfast table was great, she helped me out with everything I needed, and I would definitely go there again.

Beautiful property, the decoration inside was stylish and tastefully done and the amount of space was ample. The breakfast was cooked to order and delivered on a tray to my room. The spacious lounge gave me room to work and relax whilst the bed was really comfy with lots of scatter cushions and a TV for entertainment. The location was nice and quiet and I felt secure as there was a police station next door. A ten minute walk away and there were numerous restaurants and bars and the park nearby

of his way to book us train tickets, provide us with maps of Brussels
and other cities and always willing to answer all our questions and give
us advice on sights to see.Our room was super nice (King's suite)

Pascal is a great host - nothing is too much trouble but absolutely
not intrusive. He's got the balance just right. His knowledge
and advice made our trip to Brussels a pleasure - we were able to
plan and prioitise our time effectively and had terrific short break
in an city previously unknown to us. Our room was beautifully
decorated in a colonial theme and the B&B is well equipped. Top
marks and good value.

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. The hosts are very friendly and did their utmoast to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with home made bread, bio produce of local origin and very tasty coffee.
