Cosa dice la gente
Central location, 5 minutes' walk to Brussels Central station and to Grand Place. Big comfortable appartment, everything clean and nice. The lady with the key was really helpful.

Location.
Close to attractions, bars, restaurants. Mannequin Pis is around the corner. The inside is nice with a good view and wifi. Refrigerator and cooking supplies are nice. Bed was comfortable. Area felt safe.
The location to the main sites is perfect - Grand Place is a 2 minute
walk away and Mannekin Pis is around the corner.
Convenient location to downtown. Maybe 3-5 minute walk from the
main square.
It's just two blocks from the Grand Place.
Location
Free fast internet. I will never use this service again! Not only did the advertisement for the hotel give you a misleading address, once we arrived at the so called apartment, there was not a number on the building. We had to travel up and down the street, asking store clerks if they knew the address. Usually when your hotel is less than a block from the hotel, that should have the first warning sign. It was in a run down part of town, with graffiti on the the apartment door, smelling like urine. When I called.
You have to take all the necessary things with you: tea, coffe, shampoo and soap. Possibly because it's not a hotel, but an appartment, all these things are not provided.
not very clean
the value is a bit high if compared with other apartments
room service is not available.
The bathroom was under equipped compared to the rest of the apartment.
Also it was said to be for 4 adults but the second bed was a not so confortable sofa in the living room.
Street noise, late revellers, early refuse and cleaning vans, car
alarms. I guessed the posted add was diiferent from the apartments
so emailed 3x to get info.Even letsbookhotel.com emailed. No replies so
had to phone to get keys delivered. If posted add is not office or
accom, why post?.
stair lights, sink plug & dishwasher didn't work.
Bathroom drain.
Having to call/text the owner to then wait for someone to bring a key. Towels smelled bad, almost like they hadn't been washed. No washcloths. One tiny trash can in the bathroom which still contained trash from previous tenants. No response when checking out.
The staff do not speak English and as there is no reception,
communication is done telephonically - expensive for international
visitors, and difficult with a language barrier. The hot water in our
apartment did not work, so we were moved to another room.
My room was advertised to sleep 4. There was one full size bed and a
small couch. Very uncomfortable. Also, there was no hot water. Not like
it ran out, but when you turned the hot water on nothing came out.
1. Graffiti on the front door of building.
2. Deliberately disconnected smoke alarm in apartment. I took a photo of it.
3. Having to repeatedly unlock the front door to the building to get out. This is a huge fire hazard.
4. I checked out on the 19th; they didn't send me my invoice until the 24th.
5. Bedbugs.
6. Only one key for the four of us.
yhe apartment was dirty, no sheets on the bed. terrible.
No reception: I had to buy a local SIM card to make a call to the owner to make it to the apartment (the whole process took more than 45 minutes)
Heater wasn't heating!
Apartment wasn't clean
Bed bugs
It wasn't 60 m2 as promised!
Very old furniture
Very small elevator (barely enough for 2) and narrow stairs
My worst hotel experience ever!.
