1.Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They were willing to accommodate any request to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
2. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our children.
3. Club Lounge access was very good even with children and staff always aimed to please.

I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. Stunning, breathtaking, amazing, without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever been too. From the amazing staff, to the beautiful surroundings, to the incredible rooms, there is nothing that isn't 5 star plus, plus. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious week I have had. Worth every penny! Bahrain is beautiful and should be on the top 10 places to visit in the Middle East by far.

It is a fantastic place, a newly created hotel concept which is unique.
The staff is great, extremely helpful and going out of their way to make your stay very comfortable, worry-free and relaxing.
Food and bars are superb, best of its kind and with excellent views over the city and sea.
In short, an excellent base for any kind of visit to this

the hotel has a beautiful setup and view very suitable for business people, it will always be better value for money than the rest because the rooms are big and have a fantastic view. yet one should wait until the grand opening after all facilities are made available. restaurant is very good.

The staff was super, anything you needed or even a kind smile and a chat
to see how you got on. For me the bellboy named shazad was excellent.
Before I got to the hotel we had a long flight. Held up by immigration
for no reason and local moody taxi driver. So I was a bit annoyed but he

Everythings was so perfect from billboy to the manager. All staff
memebers were so friendly and greate hospitality. Room was cleaned and
the decure was very nice. Check-in and check-out timing was suitable.the
access to city center mall was excellent. Near to main roads.

I have totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was wonderful everything was just perfect, and the fact it had a restaurant not far from the hotel made dining out very easy and the selection of the restaurant was big and great. The resort and villa were more then we expected. It was a beautiful, romantic and relaxing weekend. The staff were all excellent and very professional. - The hotel is gorgeus. I loved our villa with an outside jaguzzi and pool. The perfect hotel for privacy and relaxations. Yoga and stretching classes were excellent.

The staff were very helpful, although, there were long queues at reception with people checking in and out, when all we needed was a quick question answered. The Spa was clean and relaxing until the manager had an altercation with a disgruntled employee and the man she had brought along as back up. This was both embarrassing and disquieting and ruined the ambience. Breakfast was superb but very limited Al a Carte evening menu.
