Very kind, friendly and helpful owners and all the staff.
Clean and comfortable enough room. Assorted and plentiful breakfast.
Good location, nice surroundings, quiet place, parking literally "by the window".

The view from this hotel is spectacular in all directions as it is situated high on a vertical bluff just out of town. The waterfall is visible from the hotel but the hordes of tourists are not. We stayed just one night at the Klockerhaus, but if we could have rearranged our schedule, we would have stayed another day. Excellent value, helpful staff, and very relaxing setting. The breakfasts were good and we enjoyed the free access to the hotel sauna facilities. There are several beautiful gasthauses in Krimml, but we found the Klockerhaus
