  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   We liked everything at Haus Patricia. The house is perfectly located, with a view to the mountains. It is in a very good condition and very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Amanda and Richard are perfect hosts. They are always in a good mood and treat everyone as a special guest. This made a big difference for us and we hope we will be back sometime. - Absolutely LOVED our stay at Haus Patricia. We rented out the top floor apartment and had an amazing time. Owners had lots of good tips for us for places to go and see, as well as nearby restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great stock of English books and DVD's in the basement, as well as a gorgeous sauna and game room. We will definitely be returning!

You will feel you are in your original house. - It is close to many lakes and activities. - I totally recommend it for all. I will stay on it other time.
