Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.
