Any time they were ready to help us with our requests. Very clean and cosy rooms. The decor in the hotel is very cozy and homely. Delicious cuisine and a large selection of dishes. We had very pleasant time there. If I visist Mayrhofen again, I'll stay at Edenlehen.

  Everything was nice. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Her English is perfect. No doubt we're going back to Aparthotel Veronika. For people who like some private time without rules and hours like in a normal hotel. No negative comment at all. In Dutch we say: Allen daar heen! - Everything

They are quietly efficient and discrete while also being there to help when needed. Most (although not all) of the staff appeared to speak a number of languages including English. The leisure facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. They also have a excellent wine cellar,where we've been twice in the past.   Superb large room with nice views. Elegant restaurant, good food. Very pleasant and helpful reception desk, and staff in general. Large car park. Good location at bottom of high street - Really lovely hotel and Elke, the receptionist, was so helpful. Fantastic service!
