  Everything was top class. The staff was very nice and friendly all over. "Mountains" is definitely the best description of the experience with the hotel, be it for skiing or hiking in the summer. The room was very clean and well decorated (rustic chic); the spa is well kept and very modern; and our 5 course dinner was delicious. In addition, the availability of the Lech Summer Card was fantastic. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel (and return to the hotel in the future).

  The location is great - you can reach slopes by skiing (2 minutes) and arrive on skis from the slopes - super convenient! The owners are super friendly. Nice steam room. We love this place!
