  I stayed at this hotel many years ago and, for the most part, my recent stay was just as I'd remembered. The rooms aren't huge, but they're comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful.   This is a family run business. The rooms are incredible value. I think we were upgraded to a suite. Immaculate rooms. Very good value. Bavarian motif, very good atmosphere & the food was good in the restaurant. - Very nice hotel and a great location near the cable car and bus stop. Walk over to the information center and get a Salzburg card.
