Hotel Bauer was wonderful!!!! I stayed there with my baby and
communicated with the hotel management beforehand. Isabella answered all
of my emails promptly. She and her husband, Abd, took care of all the
details for me in advance and even provided my son with baby food and
snacks without my asking! Such personal service was a breath of fresh
air.

Very helpful and personalized service. We stayed there because of proximity to the airport as we had to catch a 7:25 am flight. They opened breakfast early at 5:45 am to accommodate us. They also made perfect arrangements for a special car to the airport. They did everything possible to make the trip as painless as possible. In addition, the hotel is spotlessly clean and great value for the money. There is also a very friendly, tasty and good value restaurant next door.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. The restaurant is really excellent. As I have limited mobility, the staff was most helpful in carrying bags up one flight of stairs. Only 15 minutes to airport.

Staff & Friendness. I had a problem of no-show of a colleague due
to a flight cancellation and the hotel staff didn't apply the no-
show charge....very open minded and very helpfull. Rooms are quite
large and of first choice....new furniture and excellent cleanliness.
Not far from Vienna airport ( 15 min ) and therefore really usefull for
a business trip.
