Located on the shores of Lake Mulwala, in the heart of the city, Lakeview Motel offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony and a 32-inch flat-screen cable TV. It features an outdoor pool, landscaped gardens and a barbecue area with outdoor seating. Lakeview Motel Yarrawonga is just 5 minutes’ walk from Club Mulwala and 10 minutes' walk from Mulwala Water Ski Club. Yarrawonga Shopping Centre is a 1-minute walk. All rooms have a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has electric blankets, a seating area and a private bathroom. Most rooms also have lovely water views. Hairdryers and ironing equipment is available at the reception desk.

I was weloci,ed warmly, even though I arrived at 08.40. The position of the motel by the lake, the pool and the cleanliness of the room were much appreciated. Very close were good shops in the town and a variety of excellent takeaway places. It is very much a family concern and all the better for that. The owners go out of their to make their guests feel relaxed and happy. I shall be back.

Staff friendly. The location was perfect - view from every room I'm sure. Tony and his family made us very welcome and gave us some great local advice on eateries and places to see. The Motel was very clean and the the staff were very friendly. It is across the road from the foreshore and walking distance to everything. The location is fantastic. Was there for a triathlon which was just 500m away from the motel. Staff very friendly. Great showers. We liked the location and the fact thatv it was central to everything. The owners were very helpful with our questions. Was very clean. Guy at the counter was very friendly and offered to be available if we needed help in any way. the owners could not do enough to help us . it really made our stay nothing was to much trouble thank you. Older style motel but extremely clean and tidy! Would stay there again if in Yarrawonga. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake. Bicycle tracks around lakefront. location and price close to shopping, eating places and entertainment venues. Location was great. Close to lake and main street. Could walk everywhere. Location; Owners;. the bed. bed was comfortable. Location. Its a bit out dated but apart from that everything was great. I think the decor is in need of a overhaul. Carpet, bed spreads, tables, benches etc. The light that entered the room early in the morning and the birds that woke us at 6 am. Bed was a little firm but nothing does compare to your home comforts. The corellas out the front from 6am onwards were out of control. Never seen or heard so many swarking birds! Not like management could fix that negative though.... The hand basin outside the bathroom. No hair dryer or iron. People smoking near my open window. it would be nice to have warm water running off the roof into the swimming pool. A bit dated. The soap, shampoo, conditioner etc dispensers on the bathroom wall. I found them extremely hard to push and could not get anything out of them. Fortunately I had a cake of soap in my lugage. Noisy cockatoo birds (not the fault of the Motel); Smoking impact from other guests in nearby rooms (note: smoking took place outside the rooms but the breeze or proximity to our room meant that we were affected) Suggestion: segregate smokers in a section of the motel to minimise impact; Soap dispenser in room - I prefer a piece of soap. no coving on window next to air condition. layout of the bathroom , hand washing facilities were next to tea making facilities not in bathroom no doors on closet no reading light facility for single bed no hairdryer, no minibar no complimentary biscuits with the tea and coffee overpriced for what is available I would not recommend the motel but YARRAWONGA was great. Your number 5 question needs to be reworded if your intention was do you recommend the motel. Surcharge for Amex, although not mentioned at time of booking. Fittings showing their age - 1970s. Noisy people outside rooms.
