The welcome by friendly staff helping us to feel at home on arrival. Opening the back door and seeing the amazing view. Listening to the birds sing first thing on wakening in the morning. I travel alot for business so i can be critical. I'm not reviewing this as a business person but as a family traveller. it was clean and simple. Thats 70's style brick inside and out. Very friendly staff that always offered help. great location, quiet at night and very clean. we would recommend and come back again! :).

The staff were very friendly and the site well keep and close to all shops. The room was nice and simple. Lovely location amongst the fairways and bird life. Very comfortable room and value for money. it was a delightful place to stay, close to the city centre a lovely poold and just relaxing. Cruise the river Murray for a few hours relaxation, and view the wildlife. Was only a quick stop.Look forward to a longer stay in future. it satisfied all of our specific requirements. Good course. Easy to walk. Staff were very friendly. Heaps of parking, nice surrounds (if you like golf courses) with a pool and spa that were ok. view of golf course close to shops check in staff most helpful. Great night's rest for travelers,would stay again. All the dust inside the back screen door and surrounding the back door. one day i put the do not disturb sign up till 11 am and then put up the clean my room when we left. the room was not cleaned. I was bemused by an increase in cost on an additional day i booked directly. really you dont have the agent booking fee and you charge me more when the place is half empty. nothing!. We had a family room which had plenty of space,(reasonable price) but showing it's age, apparently due for demolition. the price of breakfast was very dear and the bathroom was quite old and dirty. i do believe they are doing the rooms up. the practice net was just out side our room and they started practicing gollf at 7am that needs to be moved. Maybe a bit more attention to some detail. Outside patio could have been a bit cleaner. Having said that we would definitely stay again. A little hard to find as a railway splits twelth st in two. Small putting green. I did not like the amount of dust in the room. The blinds were laden in dust which was released into the room when you altered the blind settings. It's an ok enough place to stay but they need to focus on cleaning the rooms better. need to have fly door fixed and laundry cleaner ,bbq was not connected. Needs up-dating - our room anyway. Otherwise clean and felt secure.
