We liked everything, we were a family of 7 attending my brothers wedding, our ages were 5, 6, 8, 12, 18,+ 2 adults, we found the accommodation worked well to suit us. The accommodation was close to the shopping centre and was only a few minutes drive to the esplanade. We found the pool to be very clean, not to chlorinated and, coming from Canberra, it was a pleasant temp. Had great views of the beach. Was able to see whales in the distance. Was close to everything.
Close to coastal walk path. Walked everyday to Mooloolaba and back.
Clean, tidy and quiet. Liked the scanning disc so only the residents could access the place.
Location was great being close to restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and very professional. Loved the pool and BBQ area. Excellent accomadation. Definitely would come again. Thank you.
Close to shopping, beach, wonderful views, great layout of unit, friendly staff, great pool, close to great food outlets, all restauraunt food close was fab.

Not a great deal. very average.
the fact our stay there wasn't long enough.
Not much in the kitchen. Needed a fry pan, the oven dishes need to be replaced, foil was used in them. The clothes horse was rusty, need a new one, the doona covers should be replaced as they were stained and according to my son, the single bed was uncomfortable couldn't get much sleep.
No aircon. No security screens, so with young children i was nervous about having the doors to the verandah open all night for fresh air.
Traffic noise, but I expected this, and it wasn't a big problem.
It does need a upgrade, the interior needs revamping, otherwise a great location.
Shower did not drain. Washing machine leaked.
The bunk bed was squeaky and lose and could be a bit dangerous.
On last day found big stain on bedspread that looked like vommit. Was on under side so room cleaners must have missed it. Was Grose!.

The shower was very small but the water pressure was good. Didn't see staff at all just to drop the key off.
The apartment could do with some updating eg a dishwasher could be added.
After 9pm can't make any noise or will get a $200 fine. First night got 1st warning for tv been to loud um wouldn't recommend hotel for families or teens as the 9pm no noise rule. Stove/Oven really old needs upgrading.
Shabbiness of unit needs refurbish and a deep clean.
Your beds were terrible. Old and uncomfortable. your beding was very old and smelled. their were stains on the sheets. no hairdryer and no conditioner.
Lack of training of cleaning staff, who dumped some valuable items we
accidently left behind, only 3hrs after checkout.
Very noise with street noise and other late night party.
told we were upgraded, and still had no airconditioning. Friends we traveled with, booked after and got better modern room.
